Nintendo has taken issue with the Etsy store of CptnAlex, who was selling multiple Joy-Con products, including a custom set of Joy-Con that paid tribute to the late streamer, Etika. Nintendo hit CptnAlex with a cease-and-desist over usage of the word 'JoyCon' that's emblazoned on the 'JoyCon Boyz' custom design. Nintendo does own the copyright for the term 'Joy-Con,' and even though the Etika design uses a spelling without the dash, Nintendo is still enforcing their copyright here.

Again, this isn't the only Joy-Con product CptnAlex is selling that Nintendo used a cease-and-desist to take down, it's just the product people are taking issue with the most.
